ARBITRATION & CONCILIATIONS MATTERS

It is a legal process where disputing parties choose a neutral third-party person to act as an arbitrator under a written contract and the arbitration laws. It is a. alternative to the Court litigation involving different categories of Dispute resolution Processes, such as Binding or Non-binding, Adjudicative or Consensual, Mandatory or Voluntary and Right-based or Interest-based.
